Hello Cheer Families!
The last day to register online for cheer is July 15th.
Online registration will be closed after this date and all paperwork must be completed.
Please note: In order for your cheerleader to be sized for a uniform, they must be registered online. Uniform sizing dates and times are as follows:
Sunday July 14th 11am-1pm:
Ages 5-9 will be sized 11-12pm
Ages 9+ will be sized 12-1pm
Monday July 15th 6pm-8pm:
Ages 5-9 will be sized 6-7pm
Ages 9+ will be sized 7-8pm
As a reminder, the following needs to be handed in before any cheerleader can begin the season.
1. Pop Warner Player Contract (2 pages)
2. Pop Warner Medical Release (2 pages- 1 filled out by parent, 1 signed by a physician with a 2019 date)
3.Birth Certificate (new participants only)
4. Report Card (copy of official report card showing grades for every semester in the 2018-2019 school year)
* If you cannot access your child's report card through Powerschool, you will need to call the office and ask them to print you a copy.
Paperwork can be handed in to us at the WHS shed on July 27th (details to follow), mailed to our PO Box 601, Watertown 06795 or it can be emailed to [email protected].
